Joey Sullins
Owner / President / Chief Technologist

Joey is a creative, value-focused manager with 30 years of hands-on, practical experience and knowledge developing and delivering innovative business solutions and systems. His breadth of experience encompasses all aspects of business technology including development, deployment, support and the associated business systems and methodologies necessary to achieve success. Joey has designed, deployed and managed systems and networks for a variety of organizations, from small businesses to large national enterprises comprised of multiple sites, data centers, and international partner-to-partner integration.

Joey attended Texas A&M University and received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer Sciences.


Jim Serianni
Director Customer Service/Sales/Marketing / Co-founder

Jim brings four decades of successful sales, marketing and customer service expertise to Precision Network Systems, LLC. Jim is our clients’ primary point-of-contact; scheduling and dispatching to meet clients’ needs. Jim’s experience in technical training allows him to manage and administer our training services. Jim also takes the point position for our company’s community involvement.

Jim has Masters in Education from The University of California – Berkeley, and a Masters in Theology from The Pacific School of Religion – Berkeley.



Kiel Gonzales
Senior Engineer / Co-founder

Kiel is a familiar face to most of our clients. A Brentwood native, Kiel’s decade of practical experience and knowledge with all aspects of Information Technology effecting small to medium businesses has allowed him to support a variety of industry sectors including Hospitality, Construction, Automotive, Accounting , Medical, Legal, Winery Operations, and others. Kiel’s networking and system management skills are beyond reproach.

Kiel attended Sonoma State University and received his Bachelors in Business Administration, with Management Concentration. Kiel was also a founding father of the local Alpha Psi Fraternity.


David Smeeth
Network and Training Consultant

David Smeeth is a skilled software teacher and educator with over 20 years experience in the classroom. His is uniquely able to provide clear, understandable explanations to a wide variety of learners. He is empathic, sensitive, has a superb grasp of computers, software, and how we humans interact with them. David is also a skilled software and help desk support engineer.

David has a Bachelor of Arts from The University of California – Santa Cruz, and a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Prescott College, Arizona.


Sean Sullins
Technician

Sean, the newest member of the team, provides first-line technical response for hardware systems, and assists in project support.

Sean attended University of the Ozarks and Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi. Sean is currently pursuing his CompTIA Certifications.
