In essence, Precision Network Systems, LLC becomes the outsourced IT partner with a client on a quarterly contract basis. This is a premium service unrivaled in Northern California. Pricing is based on hardware and number of locations. Precision Network Systems, LLC serves all IT support needs just as an in-house tech support staff would, only at a fraction of the cost. Response time averages less than one-hour--- except in mission-critical circumstances where response is instantaneous. The contract includes Holidays and weekends, 24 X 7 X 365 and can be modified to fit exact client needs. Since Precision Network Systems, LLC sells neither hardware nor software, the entire relationship is one of customer support and advocacy.

Precision Network Systems, LLC provides project services for a variety of needs; from large long-term implementation projects to small on-site office consultations. Our basic consultation fees are $165.00 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum charge for an on-premises visit during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

Precision Networking Systems, LLC offers PC training on an "on-site" and on an individual consulting basis. These classes are geared for the working environment where employee computer skills need to immediate upgrade.
Classes are taught by certified instructors who have both field experience and classroom experience. The goal of the learning experience is to fully integrate the skills being taught into the skill set of the student. This is done primarily by "hands on" training where class size is limited, each student has his or her own PC, questions are encouraged and individual student monitoring by the instructor helps each student to gain maximum benefit from the learning experience. Microsoft-approved curriculum is used by the instructor and is given to each student as a take-home student aid.
Class offerings range from very basic, entry level Windows courses up to the most advanced technical and Certification preparation classes and seminars available.
Precision Network Systems, LLC specializes in smooth end-user conversions to Office 2007. "Hands on" skills and shortcuts are taught that help increase employee productivity. The class emphasizes how Office 2007 can be a time-saving asset in each application when properly utilized.
